How to cancel Zoom
Zoom Pro cancels from the billing page of the web portal. The free tier keeps unlimited 1-on-1s; group meetings go back to the 40-minute cap.
Quick answer
zoom.us/billing — log in and follow the steps below. Cancelling takes about five minutes.
Step-by-step
- Sign in at zoom.us and open Account Management → Billing.
- On the Current Plans tab, find your plan and click Cancel Plan.
- Confirm — the plan stays active until the end of the subscription term.
- Cancel any add-ons (cloud recording, large meeting) separately on the same page.
What happens after you cancel
At term end the account reverts to Basic. Cloud recordings remain accessible for a limited time — download anything important.
Worth knowing
- Annual plans renew for a full year — Zoom sends a renewal notice, but only to the account owner's email.
What the charge looks like
Zoom typically bills $13–$250 per month, and its renewal emails come from zoom.us. BeforeItBills detects those emails automatically and warns you 7 days before each charge — so the next renewal never sneaks past you.
