How to cancel Disney+
Where you cancel Disney+ depends on where you subscribed: directly on their site, or through Apple, Google, or a partner bundle. The charge on your statement (and the billing emails) tell you which.
Quick answer
disneyplus.com/account — log in and follow the steps below. Cancelling takes about five minutes.
Step-by-step
- Log in at disneyplus.com in a browser and open Account.
- Select your subscription under the Subscription section.
- Click Cancel subscription and walk through the confirmation screens.
- If the account page says you're billed through Apple or Google, cancel in Settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions (Android) instead.
What happens after you cancel
You keep streaming until the end of the paid period. Your profile and watchlist stay attached to the account if you resubscribe.
Worth knowing
- Bundle subscribers (Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+) must cancel the bundle, not the individual service.
- No partial refunds in the US; some countries (UK/EU) have cooling-off rights for new subscriptions.
What the charge looks like
Disney+ typically bills $7–$25 per month, and its renewal emails come from disneyplus.com. BeforeItBills detects those emails automatically and warns you 7 days before each charge — so the next renewal never sneaks past you.
Stop finding out after the charge.
BeforeItBills scans your inbox and warns you 7 days before any subscription bills you. No bank connection — free on iOS.
