How to cancel Webflow
Webflow has two separate subscription types that people mix up: Site plans (per published site) and Workspace plans (per account/team). Each cancels in a different settings page.
Quick answer
webflow.com/dashboard — log in and follow the steps below. Cancelling takes about five minutes.
Step-by-step
- Site plan: open the site's Settings → Plans, scroll down, and choose Downgrade / cancel the site plan.
- Workspace plan: open Workspace Settings → Plans and downgrade to Starter.
- Confirm each — changes apply at the end of the billing period.
- Unpublish or export the site first if you don't want it live on a webflow.io subdomain.
What happens after you cancel
A cancelled Site plan disconnects the custom domain at term end; the project itself stays in your dashboard.
Worth knowing
- Check both places — a common mistake is cancelling the Workspace plan while a Site plan keeps billing (or vice versa).
What the charge looks like
Webflow typically bills $14–$250 per month, and its renewal emails come from webflow.io. BeforeItBills detects those emails automatically and warns you 7 days before each charge — so the next renewal never sneaks past you.
Stop finding out after the charge.
BeforeItBills scans your inbox and warns you 7 days before any subscription bills you. No bank connection — free on iOS.
