How to cancel Twitch
Twitch subscriptions are per-channel — you might have several without realizing it. Each one cancels individually from the subscriptions page, plus Twitch Turbo if you have it.
Quick answer
twitch.tv/subscriptions — log in and follow the steps below. Cancelling takes about five minutes.
Step-by-step
- Go to twitch.tv/subscriptions while logged in (web, not the app).
- You'll see every channel subscription — click the gear icon on one.
- Choose Don't Renew Subscription and confirm.
- Repeat per channel; Turbo cancels from the same page.
What happens after you cancel
Sub perks (emotes, ad-free on that channel) last until the period ends. Gifted subs simply expire on their own.
Worth knowing
- Subscribed on iOS? Apple bills it at a higher price tier — cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions, and resubscribe on the web for the normal rate if you change your mind.
- Prime Gaming subs don't auto-renew — they need manual re-upping monthly, so they're not a leak.
What the charge looks like
Twitch typically bills $4–$30 per month, and its renewal emails come from twitch.tv. BeforeItBills detects those emails automatically and warns you 7 days before each charge — so the next renewal never sneaks past you.
Stop finding out after the charge.
BeforeItBills scans your inbox and warns you 7 days before any subscription bills you. No bank connection — free on iOS.
