How to cancel Peloton
Peloton has two different memberships: the App membership (no equipment) and the All-Access membership (tied to a bike/tread). They cancel in different places.

- App membership via Apple/Google: cancel in your device's subscription settings.
- App membership via Peloton: log in at onepeloton.com → My Membership → cancel.
- All-Access: onepeloton.com → My Membership → Cancel membership (or pause for up to 3 months).
- Confirm and note the end date.
What happens after you cancel
All-Access content stops on the equipment at period end (the hardware still works in 'Just Ride' mode). App membership reverts to the limited free tier.
