How to cancel LinkedIn Premium
LinkedIn Premium is one of the priciest consumer subscriptions people forget — often started as a free trial during a job search. It cancels from the Premium settings page on the web.
Quick answer
linkedin.com/premium/manage — log in and follow the steps below. Cancelling takes about five minutes.
Step-by-step
- On the website, click your photo → Settings & Privacy (or go directly to Premium → Manage).
- Open Account preferences → Subscriptions & payments → Manage Premium account.
- Click Cancel subscription and continue through the retention screens.
- Confirm — you'll get an email with the end date.
What happens after you cancel
Premium features (InMail, applicant insights, learning courses) last until the billing date, then the profile reverts to free.
Worth knowing
- Free trials convert at the full monthly price — cancel during the trial and Premium still runs to the trial's end.
- Subscribed through the iOS app? Apple bills it (often at a higher price) — cancel via Settings → Subscriptions.
What the charge looks like
LinkedIn Premium typically bills $30–$80 per month, and its renewal emails come from linkedin.com. BeforeItBills detects those emails automatically and warns you 7 days before each charge — so the next renewal never sneaks past you.
Stop finding out after the charge.
BeforeItBills scans your inbox and warns you 7 days before any subscription bills you. No bank connection — free on iOS.
