How to cancel Claude Pro

Claude Pro (and Max) subscriptions are managed through a Stripe billing portal inside the Claude app. Web subscriptions cancel on the web; iOS subscriptions go through Apple.

Log in at claude.ai and open Settings → Billing.
Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal.
Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
Subscribed in the iOS app? Cancel via Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone instead.

Pro features and higher usage limits run until the end of the billed period, then the account drops to the free tier. Your conversation history stays.
